These SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern customer care text messages sent by or on behalf of American River Wellness (“ARW,” “we,” “us”) to the mobile number you provide.

1) Program description

By opting in, you agree to receive customer care text messages from ARW, which may include appointment coordination, scheduling updates, service updates, and other account-related or care-related communications.

We use service providers (such as messaging platforms and carriers) to deliver texts and process STOP/HELP requests.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number you provide and are at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian’s permission), and that you are permitted to receive texts at that number.

Message delivery is subject to mobile carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

10) Changes to this program or these terms

We may update these SMS Terms or end the SMS program at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued participation after updates means you accept the updated terms.

11) Prohibited use

You agree not to use the SMS program to submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, and not to interfere with the program’s operation.
